1.1 All tickets, images, maps, information, content, terms and conditions, are copyright of gp1tickets.com
1.2 Gp1tickets.com sells tickets to events around the world.
1.3 In order to proceed with a purchase on gp1tickets.com, the buyer must agree to our terms and conditions. A contract is then created between gp1tickets.com and the buyer.
1.4 All information about the tickets is presented on gp1tickets.com.
2. Prices and Fees
2.1 All prices on gp1tickets.com are fixed and non-negotiable.
2.2 All prices on gp1tickets.com are fixed with no hidden fees.
2.3 All prices on gp1tickets.com are for adults unless otherwise stated in the ticket information.
2.4 All prices on gp1tickets.com are presented in EUR, USD & GBP
3. Contract between gp1tickets.com and the buyer
3.1 In order for a contract to be created, the buyer must agree to the terms.
3.2 All contracts created are binding on us and on the buyer.
3.3 The buyer must be 18 years of age or older.
3.4 The buyer must have a valid payment card.
3.5 The buyer must provide a valid email address.
3.6 A confirmation with receipt and order number will be emailed to the buyer at the time of payment.

4.2 Theft or copying from gp1tickets.com is taken seriously and will be reported for investigation in court.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 A completed purchase on gp1tickets.com is non-refundable.
6.2 A completed purchase on gp1tickets.com will not be cancelled.
6.3 A completed purchase on gp1tickets.com is usually not exchangeable for other tickets to the same event but we can assist if required.
6.4 A completed purchase on gp1tickets.com cannot be exchanged for other events.
6.5 A completed purchase on gp1tickets.com may not be resold on other websites, platforms or through advertisements.
6.6 Current European consumer legislation with a 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of purchases. This applies e.g. tickets to events. You can read more about Your rights to cancel a purchase at Your Europe - Guarantees, cancelling and returning your purchases
7. General Admission & Grandstand
7.1 General Admission is entrance to the stadium/circuit without the possibility of a numbered seat.
7.2 General Admission can be purchased for Sunday or for Friday, Saturday & Sunday depending on the stadium/circuit. For some stadiums/circuits you can choose to buy for Saturday only or Saturday and Sunday. Specific information is presented with the tickets.
7.3 General Admission has different categories in some stadiums/circuits. Specific information is presented with the tickets.
7.4 Grandstand is the entrance to the stadium/circuit with the possibility of seating in the selected grandstand.
7.5 Grandstand can be purchased for Sunday or for Friday, Saturday & Sunday depending on stadium/circuit. For some stadiums/circuits you can choose to buy for Saturday only or Saturday and Sunday. Specific information is presented with the tickets.
8. Delivery of Tickets
8.1 In order for the tickets to be delivered to you, we need a valid email address. If you have made a booking and provided the wrong email address, we need to receive the correct email address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.2 F1 tickets are normally printed approximately 2-3 weeks before the event date. The tickets will be sent by email around 10 days before the event date (except Monaco). While waiting, you must keep the confirmation email that was sent to you during your order.
8.3 To avoid loss, theft or copying of tickets, you should not pass them on to any third party.
8.4 If you have not received your tickets at least 10 days before the date of the event, please contact us at email@example.com.
8.5 Tickets for the Monaco GP will be sent to your home address at the latest 2-3 week before the event.
9. Outside our Control
9.1 Events that are moved forward or back in time are beyond our control. Depending on the outcome, reimbursement or compensation will be investigated separately in each individual case.
9.2 Events cancelled due to weather, war, threat, strike, virus, security, terrorist attack, invasion, fire, explosion or similar are beyond our control and cannot be replaced, refunded or compensated.
9.3 Events that choose to move, add, remove or change stands due to restrictions or regulations are beyond our control. We handle this according to the organiser's recommendations.
9.4 Events, transport or accommodation booked outside gp1tickets.com that are changed or cancelled are beyond our control. In this case, tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or compensated.
10.1 All complaints should in the first instance be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org for investigation. If you have an order number, you are required to note your order number together with your complaint.
10.2 All complaints should only be received from the person who made the booking together with the email address provided at the time of booking. Again, you need to note your order number for an investigation to begin.
10.3 If you have a complaint about an event that has not yet taken place, please email us at email@example.com.
10.4 If you have a complaint about an event that has yet to take place, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
11. Shopping Cart
11.1 If you have created a shopping cart, the tickets will be reserved for 15 minutes. The tickets then go back into the system for sale.
11.2 If you have created a shopping cart and want to delete a ticket or all tickets, click on the trash can in your shopping cart.
11.3 The shopping cart is not a booking as long as you do not pay. It only becomes binding once you have paid.
12. Personal Information
12.1 We protect your data in accordance with the GDPR.
12.2 We store your data for our own use only.
12.3 We will not share your data with any unauthorised or other party.
12.4 We save your data for future conversations such as email, newsletters or other information.
13.1 All payments are made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Cartes Bancaires, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL & Sofort.
13.2 All payments on gp1tickets.com are presented in EUR, USD & GBP
13.3 For your and our security, you are required to verify your payment with 3D-Secure if you choose to pay by card.
